Christmas tea table

Tonight we have our annual ladies banquet. Different women decorate tables, so they are all different. This year my theme centers around a candy cone tree I made with the boys. I took a lot of photos so enjoy!

I have my Christmas dishes on a red charger. My main plate is the same pattern as the coffee cup. I then have used a set of reindeer plates on top of that.
The tree is a cone covered with royal icing and candy pieces. Rhoda at Southern Hospitality shared the recipe for the royal icing last year on her blog if you would like to try it. I will try to post a how to later this week also.

I found the nutcrackers at Dollar General for $.75 each. I used a few of my ornaments placed under the cake stand. The snowflake ornaments placed around the table came in a big box of different kinds of ornaments from Sams. I love the snowflake ones, they seem to just stand out where ever I have put them.

Lovin my candy tree.

The napkin rings are gumdrop nutcracker men that I got at Dollar General.

To see some of the tables from last year go here. and here.

I am linking my tablescape with Tablescape Thursday at Between Naps on the Porch. Be sure to check out the other wonderful tablescapes on her post.
