Oxnard to Solvang and San Luis Obispo, CA

We left Oxnard, CA about 4:oo to head north on HWY 1 and 101 in our convertible Mustang.

This is on 101 before you get to Santa Barbara.

Darryl's new toy of the day. I had a time in Atlanta so I relented.

We went to Solvang, CA. It is an authentic Danish village. It was worth the drive out of the way. On the way it is beautiful going up into the mountains. It is full of shops and

(Out of order) This was a winery we stopped at along the way to Solvang.

This was on the road from Solvang back to HWY 101 heading north.

Back in Solvang. They had cute window displays in a lot of the windows.

Want one?

Random family. This is the transportation around Solvang. Look at the little boy upfront. We got the thumbs up.

We then headed north towards San Luis Obispo, CA. There were miles and miles of grapes growing.

An ostridge farm.

We were riding around Solvang neighborhoods and I made Darryl turn around for this photo. Um. how do you hide a giant RV? Let's make a moveable screen fence and put flowers on it. I don't see an RV in the driveway, do you?

We ate at Apple Farms Resturant in San Luis Obispo.
