We went on a spur of the moment camping trip to Little Mountain Marina at Lake Guntersville about an hour south of Huntsville. We had to be back Saturday afternoon for a baseball party so we were only there one evening until noon the next day. I love that we can get out together away from tv, computer, and other things at home and connect with the kids more.
Kyle caught this little fish. He grabbed it to take it off the hook and said it bit him so it came off the hook and was flopping on the pier and flopped back into the water before we could get a photo of him with it.
Cameron got the catch of the day. Pretty nice size.

Looks like alot of fun!!
My parents just left today for Lake Guntersville!
Looks like y'all are making great use of your new camper. How in the world did you do those "ghost" photos? My kids would love it.
Tami, I hope this is right- I wasn't doing it. We turned off ALL the lights. He pressed the camera down and they turned on a flashlight on their face and quickly turned it off, then quickly move over a little, turn flashlight on again until camera takes the photo. The camera opens the lens and is detecting light- stays open until the second light. I think. If you are doing it with two people and only one moves or is added, the other has to stay extremely still or they will be blurry.
Thanks! We will have to try it.
