This is my first time to post on MPM. I have been looking at posts for a few weeks. Your "lower carb" caught my eye. I have one meal per day with carbs and the rest no or very little carbs. Seems to work for me, so I'm always looking for good low carb recipes. Thanks

Looks yummy as usual! Great job.

I also am in the garden spirit! We are drawing beds today and laying plastic too. So glad you expanding yours this year. Keep us posted! Blessings!

Your menu looks wonderful. I keep thinking I will make a black bean soup but haven't done it yet.

I loved your story and you're right, you never know.

We used to have kids open our gate (which wasn't locked) and then leap over our back fence (which was locked).

We eventually locked the front gate. Recently I caught two girls hopping over the fence (it's a 6 foot fence for goodness sake!).

I explained that they were lucky my dog didn't bite them and that they shouldn't go into yards of people they don't know.

Our neighbors put up a fence because the kids were wearing a path in their corner yard.

Sometimes kids will throw their trash in our garden and sometimes they will pick or uproot the flowers.

One morning, they pulled up 11 plants. Literally pulled them up and threw them in the street.

I had to laugh later because they were annuals and I just replanted them. The perennials are alot harder to uproot and i guess they were in a hurry.

Yes, it feels wonderful to have some company!

You nailed it right on the head. In order to do that I need to stop doing some other things in order to make time!

I would love to bake bread from scratch but figure if I can't even nake it with a breadmaker how I am going to make myself knead it by hand? One thing at a time I guess.

Just wondering what you are up to. I'm not used to a week going by with no post. You are starting to act like me. Hope everything is good.

You are so funny. Yes I am your neighbor (just kidding!). Nope never been to Alabama although I did throw up in Georgia once (told you I get airsick).

I didn't go on it. I wanted to try the Test Track too but chickened out. I just get sick and then it takes hours for me to feel better, so decided to forego the "pleasure!"
