The Weather Outside is Frightful

I forgot to mention that it was 11 degrees when we went out today. In Alabama. It is very unusual for us to get much below 30 degrees so it is a big thing. I wore mittens and took a blanket in the car. We don't plug our cars in like up north. I had never heard of that until my friend moved to Minneapolis. It is really unfair that we finally got the temperature down, but don't have snow. I just don't think God likes us at all.

I just blogged about the same thing. If its going to be cold than we should at least get snow. It was 3 degrees at my house (VA) this morning.

Plug your cars in?!?!? What is that??

Valarie- In colder climates people plug their cars into a socket at night to keep the engine(?) from freezing. I don't really have a clue what I am talking about- I think it is a box or something that warms the engine or something under the hood.

Wasn't it freezing this morning? just miserable! We plug in diesels here at home as well as school buses. It makes them crank easier.

Hope all is well!

Blessings!

I have never heard of plugging in your cars either. Interesting.

I left you an award on my page. :)
