Sixteen

Today is Cameron's 16th birthday! Now I have two driving. We got up early this morning and went to school to get a form showing proof that he is enrolled in school (in Alabama you cannot have a driver's license if you are not in school.) We drove the 20 minutes to Athens. Our DMVs are known to be the place of torture. They are really inefficient and it is known that you will sit all day. There have been news reports of people sitting 7 and 8 hours. Well, we got there and he was the fourth on the list and we were back home a little after 9:00. I am so glad he passed and can now be another driving slave to me. I need bread, "Cameron, go to the store." The other kids need to go to the church, "Cameron, drive them to church." I am beginning to like teenagers even more. Especially the really cool one above. He is doing great in school, really loves to go to church, is really talented on the guitar, and a great kid. I don't know all of what God has in store for him but am excited to see His hand on him and watch Him mold him.
Happy Birthday, Cameron, I am so proud of you and love you very much. Congratulations on passing the driving test. I hope I will feel confident to let you really drive without me.
