From Napkins to Aprons

I have been buying up napkins that I can make into aprons. I pick them up for $1 or less and add a tie, either with a ribbon or fabric tie. It is so easy and quick. The top two fabrics are valances that say "cafe" coffee names. The already have a striped border so all I need for them is to add a bias tape edge, some pockets, and make them into a full size apron. Our home school mascot is a penguin so I picked up the napkins to make aprons for our two administrators a gift at Christmas. The others I can use myself and have to give as small gifts.

Jen, I will be sure to show how when I make some up. I know it won't be like really soon, but I will be sure to photograph it. The easy one is to add a ribbon along the top edge. That is all you have to do- easy peasy.
