Championship Game

We have been busy working to get the wall finished and daughter's room loaded into her new area. We had our last tournament game with our 8 year old last night and won for our division. We play the championship game tonight. It is a team we do not play in regular season so we do not know how much competition it will be. All our other games we win early because they can only score 6 runs per inning. Hope all of you are having a good weekend. It is hot -95- and muggy and miserable outside. We joined the pool on Thursday but coach will not let the boys swim on game day (or be in the sun, or have caffeine.)

No swimming, no sun, no caffeine...

What's left?

Hope all goes well tonight and I can hardly wait to see more pictures as you complete the rooms!

This is exactly why I am dragging my feet at getting my son in organized sports. Gotta love how ball dictates family life.

I wish him (and you) well. We have friends in NY with their sons ball team. I'm so not ready for that.

My sister is always busy with kids and baseball. I am sure with four boys that my time is coming. Yuck - don't get me wrong, I love baseball, just not a fan of the heat!

That coach needs to take a "chill pill". I've never heard of such restrictions unless it's high school or college ball.
