Garage Sales

There were 4 neighborhood sales but not a lot of participants this morning. It rained all day yesterday and today it is cold and windy and the ground is soaked, so I am sure that a lot of people were too scared it would rain again.

I got a bullitin board, rug for laundry room, turquoise bracelet, two scrapbooking packages, a set of spatula/spoon/slotted spoon, 2 pr jeans and a pair of chamo pants for daughter. Everything was a $1.00 each.

Great deals! I love a good sale! We are going to have our semiannual sale the first weekend in May. We usually have between 7 and 11 fasmilies. We have it at my parents house. Can't wait.....we could use the extra money, not to mention space! Blessings!!!!

I also live in the town named after eyes. Like Crazy in Alabama, but I work in the town with the Rockets red glare. That house on my blog is in your town, in the subdivision of White Hall. Lordy I have probably seen you at Wal-Mart or something. Do your kids play ball or anything?

You got some great finds! I love yard sales. Last weekend I got a glider rocker for $4 and it included the little Ottoman with it. It needs new cushions but other than that it is perfect.
