Weight loss food plan day 6

Monday- Egg,grits, orange with cheese
soup, WW crackers, apple with PButter
HVR chicken, brown rice, green beans
jello

HVR chicken- coat chicken with Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mixed with parmesean cheese. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
Use leftovers on salad or in a roll up.
