I went shopping today to try to find a dress. I hate to order one because as I found today I could wear three different sizes, depending on the style and who made it. I found one that was made just like the brown one in the earlier post, except it was green. It was Jones New York so it was a lot of money.
I found this one and wasn't sure about the ruffly stuff on it, but am learning to TRY IT ON. So many times I like things on me that I don't like on the hanger. This is one. It hits right above the knee. It is a jersey fabric that will not wrinkle. And, the ruffly things I wasn't sure about... they draw your eye up away from other areas. Plus, Plus!
Oh I like it! It's so pretty and the fabric will be perfect for traveling. I do hope we will see a picture of you in it! I love red.
ReplyDeleteGreat dress! Love the bold color. Should be perfect for what you need. Love it!!
ReplyDeleteI love how you made your home work for you. We had to do the same to our dining room after my mom moved in with us.
ReplyDeleteOur dining room has a table and chairs, a hutch, a desk with a computer on it, and an upright piano in it!
I love french doors! I don't have any but I love 'em.
I love that dress! If you have a Target close by they have cute 3/4 cardigans in a variety of colors. I purchased a black and white b/c I can wear them with lots of different things! Have a fun trip!
ReplyDeleteI live in SC and our Target still had them this week. I usually shop in the "well developed" section as well, but found the cardigans in the "stick girl" section. They have sizes up to an XXL. BTW, I love the names you use for the sections. Made me LOL!
ReplyDeleteI like it too. I think it would be perfect for California. I like the color too!
ReplyDeleteThank you everyone! I bought a white necklace, earrings, and bracelet plus a white cashmina type scarf. I can dress it up a little with those items.
ReplyDeleteVery cute dress!
ReplyDeleteMy youngest-older brother did stuff like that when we were kids. Just annoying brother stuff. Fortunately he finally outgrew it!
