Fort Conde in Mobile, Alabama
Fort Conde was a fort built by the French to defend Mobile from British or Spanish attack. It is a replica of the original fort and this one is built to 4/5 scale. It sits atop the tunnel as you can see in the second photo.

What fun! We have visited Fort Morgan in te past.I don't think we've ever been there though.....not sure. IT would have been moons ago, if we had. Glad you had such a great trip and thanks for sharing!
