Asian Shrimp


I used the remaining bottle of Lowreys marinade on a pound of shrimp. It was too cold to stand outside and grill so I covered the shrimp with the sauce and put on a cookie sheet and baked at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. I turned the oven off and left them in waiting on Darryl to get home so they got a little tough. So, make sure to remove from heat as soon as they are cooked. I want to try this reciped skewered and grilled so they can cook quicker and let the sauce sear to the shrimp. This is so good with rice and then it would also be good on a green salad. Enjoy!
