I heard that Alabama is working on repealing tax on food items. Over $5 of my total was tax. Coming from Florida that has no tax on food it was hard to begin paying it. I hope it all goes through and we can save that much more.
My Monthly grocery, health and beauty, and cleaning spending for the month is $313.92 so far. That is with our good friends here for about 4 days and the weekend feeding 6 girls. I am about to go to Walmart to buy some more party food for Friday night (my son is having his 16th birthday party) but I have $180.00 to hit budget of $500.00 a month. How are you all doing? I hope that you are learning to get deals with coupons and feed your family for less.
