I found out after I told my husband last night that I planted 5 planters of lettuce, broccoli, flowers, and cauliflower that I planted them all in straight manure compost. So, I stopped by Lowes to get some soil for planting and they have a lot of plants on clearance. I got 4 hydrangeas for $5 each. I also picked up a cucumber and green pepper because my seed has not come up yet. I have repotted all my planters and am ready for some good stuff now. I put all the manure compost in my compost bin to add with everything else.

Oh I love Hydrangeas...yours are beautiful! I've often thought of putting hydrangeas in my yard. I love how the bushes look when they're in full bloom!
Good luck with your garden. You've planted alot of good things there!
They are beautiful! :)
Those are great. I'm ready for them to finish the pool so we can do some planting and landscaping.
Those are just perfectly beautiful!
Those are very pretty. I love how the soil determines the color of these plants....
Thanks for the comment. I'm in Pensacola, so right down the road from Niceville. You get some great deals yourself, I've actually read your blog from time to time. It amazes me how much more I'm getting for my money, especially when I thought I was doing good before. And Hydrangeas are my absolute favorite flower :)
There are buds on our hydrangeas! Yea!
After the late frost last year our hydrangeas suffered. SO glad to see those buds on them this year.
Take care.
Jen
