Quick Low Carb Breakfast Burrito



I use the Southwestern style Breakfast Skillets. It has sausage, black beans, corn, diced potatoes, green peppers, and onions. Take about 1/4 cup of the Breakfast Skillet and put in a sprayed bowl. Microwave for 45 seconds. I use low carb Mission tortillas and shred a little cheddar cheese on the tortilla. Cook an egg and add it and top with the Skillet ingredients. I sometimes add sour cream or salsa.
